Alexia, a young girl, has titanium implanted in her skull as the result of a car accident, and develops an intense bond with the car involved. As an adult, she struggles to form relationships with other people, resorting to violence and often murder. Running from her latest grisly execution, she disguises herself as the adult version of a missing boy.
