Karim suspects Nathalie's ex, Alex Perretti, of Eran's murder, and informs the police that Perretti has been spotted in the area. Meanwhile, as some mysterious gashes begin to appear on her body, Nathalie tries to understand what's happening to her. She makes up her mind to find Alex, who's fled into Palestinian territory.
