Asia (Alena Yiv) and Vika (Shira Haas) are more like sisters than mother and daughter. Young mum Asia hides nothing about her lifestyle, and expects the same honesty from teenage Vika. But Vika is at an age where privacy is paramount, and inevitably begins to rebel against her mum's parenting style. When health issues lead Vika to be confined to a wheelchair, Asia realises she must get out of the way so that her daughter can live her life. Winner of three awards at the Tribeca Film Festival.
